Canadian boreal forest : adapting to climate change

Canadian’s boreal forest is impacted by climate change in many ways; tree growth, insect outbreaks, fire regimes, droughts, etc. Much of those impacts can be avoided by reducing GHG emissions, but unfortunately climate change is real and a resilient approach will be required by the industry and the government to deal with theses new conditions.
