Equipped with this new knowledge, entrepreneurs and managers will be able to engage in a constructive dialogue with their stakeholders and better target their efforts to access available resources for the implementation of profitable and sustainable climate actions. To complement this, three roundtables will be held during the fall of 2021 and a conference in February 2022.<\/p><p>In addition, for the first time in Canada, companies that have already established an initial carbon footprint measurement will be able to participate in the ACT &#8211; Assessing low Carbon Transition\u00ae assessment and continuous improvement process, part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Solutions Agenda. ACT assesses an organization&#8217;s readiness to transition to a low-carbon economy using a methodology based on forward-looking, sector-specific transition trajectories. The adaptation of ACT for the benefit of Quebec SMEs is being carried out in collaboration with ADEME and CDP, who are supporting its international deployment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;Low Carbon SME&#8221; project is launched!
